Autumn Term Clubs

Please see the list of clubs for the spring term overleaf. Children are welcome to attend as many clubs as they wish. All clubs this term will run from Monday 30th September through to Thursday 12th December.

Please note that due to the limited number of places available, allocation will be chosen at random once all letters have been returned. Please ensure then that reply slips are returned by Thursday 26th September. Any letters received after this date will not be accepted. We will notify you which clubs your child has been allocated to by text by Friday 27th September.

To ensure that the clubs run smoothly, we ask that once your child is signed up to a club, they attend the club every week. If your child is unable to attend a club, please let the school know by 12 noon that day.

Clubs will run until 4.30pm and children will be brought to the hall to be collected. You are allowed to use the visitor car park, but please be aware that spaces are limited and so cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that the taekwondo club is being run by a specialised coach from the National Taekwondo Association, and as such there is a cost involved for the school. We will be subsidising part of the costs, but do still require a contribution of £1 per child per week. This will mean a total cost of £10 until the Christmas holiday. Payments can be made using ParentPay and are required to be made by Wednesday 2nd October.

We look forward to seeing as many children as possible taking advantage of the great opportunities on offer. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the school on 01332 383 379.

Yours sincerely

Mr Mannion
